Part Number Change on High Power Products and Die:
The part number nomenclature of High Power Modules and Die
will change from “IRxxxxx” to “VSxxxxx”. The digits “IR” in
products part number is replaced with the digits “VS”.
More then, all High Power Products will have prefix "VS-".
